1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing fee payments, cancellations, and refunds for courses, examinations, certifications, and other services offered through the official website www.nceorg.in and at the institute premises.

By enrolling in any course or making payment through the website, the student/guardian agrees to abide by this policy.

2. Admission & Registration Fees

• All Registration Fees and Admission Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Once admission is confirmed and registration is processed, no refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Course Fee Refund Policy

• If a student submits a written cancellation request before the commencement of classes, a refund may be considered after deducting 20% as administrative and processing charges.

• No refund shall be provided once the course has commenced.

• Fees paid in installments are also non-refundable once classes begin.

4. Examination & Certification Fees

• Examination Fees, Practical Fees, and Certificate Charges are non-refundable.

• Absence from examination due to any reason shall not qualify for fee refund or adjustment.

5. Online Payment & Technical Errors

• In case of duplicate payment or technical transaction error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.

• Refund will be processed through the original payment method only.

• The institute shall not be responsible for payment gateway delays or banking processing timelines.

6. Cancellation Procedure

To initiate cancellation, the student must:

1. Submit a written application or email request.

2. Mention Full Name, Course Name, Registration Number, and Payment Details.

No verbal cancellation requests shall be accepted.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Policy Amendments

.NET COMPUTER EDUCATION reserves the right to modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website www.nceorg.in.
